Switch Biz to AI provides done-for-you website, AI assistant and social media services. Legal business name, registered address and contact email: to be confirmed.
What we collect when you request a quote
Your business name, email address, and—if you choose to give them—your website address and a description of what you need, plus the services you selected. We also record where the visit came from (the page you arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags such as utm_source) so we know which outreach is useful.
Why we use it
To review your request, prepare a quote and reply to you by email, and to send a one-off acknowledgement of your request. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Anonymous usage counts
We count anonymous steps such as page visits, service selections and completed requests. These counts contain no names or email addresses. No advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Who can see it
Only authorised members of our team. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, and emails are delivered through our email provider.
How long we keep it
